Welcome to the Franklin Community Toy Library!
If you are wanting to join the Toy Library we accept online memberships at www.franklintoylibrary.org.nz under 'Memberships' or feel free to drop in and have a chat with our Librarian if you have any queries or flick her an email, librarian@franklintoylibrary.org.nz.
Our opening hours are: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 9.30-11.30am
We have some great memberships available to suit everyone, choose from either three monthly, yearly or casual.
Details for each membership are as follows:
2023 Membership Pricing
Active Yearly Membership - $80 per year renewed at the anniversary of joining.
Active members are required to perform one session help duty per term (four times a year).
Non-active Yearly Membership - $150 per year renewed at the anniversary of joining.
This membership is for families that are unable to commit to session help duty.
Active Three Month Membership - $25 every three months. Must perform one session help duty.
Non-active Three Month Membership - $40 every three months. No session help duty required.
Active Community Services Card Membership - $20 for a three month hire period. Must perform one session help duty.
Casual Membership - $40 per year renewed at the anniversary of joining.
Casual members are able to borrow six toys for two weeks up to four times a year. Great for school holidays and grandparents!
Additional costs
Borrowing some specific toys incurs a small additional cost of $2 to help with funding the batteries for our electronic toys these are called red dot toys.
You may borrow at one time:
• Six Toys (Coded A,B,C,D,F,L,O,X)
• Four Educational toys (including games, puzzles, musical and Educational)

Please complete and sign the following form and bring it in with you to the Toy Library with photographic ID and proof of address or email it to us at librarian@franklintoylibrary.org.nz
